1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Claude Bridge (the "Service"), including our mobile application, desktop software, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.

2. Description of Service

Claude Bridge provides a mobile companion application that enables users to remotely monitor and interact with Claude Code terminal sessions running on their computers or servers. The Service includes:

  • Real-time terminal output streaming
  • Remote input capabilities
  • Push notifications for session events
  • Session management across multiple devices

Important: Claude Bridge is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Anthropic, the creator of Claude AI. Claude Bridge is an independent third-party tool.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
  • Transmit malicious code, viruses, or other harmful software
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Collect or harvest user data without consent
  • Use automated means to access the Service without permission

5. Subscription and Payments

5.1 Free Tier

The Service offers a free tier with limited features, including restricted session duration and concurrent session limits as described on our pricing page.

5.2 Premium Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5.3 Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may provide refunds at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances. Contact support for refund requests.

5.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to the next billing cycle after the change takes effect.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Rights

The Service, including its source code, features, functionality, design, and content, is owned by Claude Bridge and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you transmit through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6.3 Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us the right to use such feedback without restriction or compensation.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee any specific results from using the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLAUDE BRIDGE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Claude Bridge and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Your content transmitted through the Service

10. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or rely on third-party services (e.g., Google Sign-In, cloud infrastructure providers). Your use of such third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Claude Bridge regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
